What information should I provide to EBOX if I use my own modem?

Sending your modem information

ADSL

There is no need to provide your modems information to EBOX. However, you will need to configure your modem with the information that EBOX will email you.

Cable

To use your cable modem, you must email a photo of the label on your modem to modem@ebox.ca . The modem model, customer serial number (CSN) and MAC address must be legible. It is important to send us the photo as soon as possible to avoid additional delays.
