Should I return my equipment if I cancel one of my services?
Returning equipment following a cancellation
If you have rented equipment, you must return it to us within 20 days from the date of service termination or the closure of your account at the address below:

Don’t forget to return the equipment and all its accessories (such as Ethernet cables, power cord, and/or remote control) to avoid being charged for them. Otherwise, you will be held responsible for paying the equipment purchase fees.
