Missed Deliveries and Returned Shipments
If you missed the delivery of your package, you can contact Purolator to arrange a second delivery attempt at no cost. However, if the second attempt fails, your package will be returned to our warehouse and a $15 return fee will be applied to your next invoice.
If your package is returned to our warehouse after a failed second delivery attempt and you wish to have it shipped again, a new $15 delivery fee will apply.
