Changing your plan and associated costs

If you want to increase the data limit of your plan while maintaining the same download and upload speed, changing your plan is free.

If you want to change the download and/or upload speed of your plan, the associated cost depends on the technology you are subscribed to.

ADSL

Speed ​​changes on the DSL network require the intervention of a technician, which costs $ 25. This fee will be added to your next invoice.

You will have to provide your availability in order to allow us to organize the technician’s visit. More or less 3 days before the change of package, you will receive an automated call and an email specifying the exact date and timeframe scheduled for the technician’s visit.

Cable and Fibre

All data limit and speed changes are free on the cable and fibre networks.
