Find your PPOE information

If you are subscribed to an ADSL or Fiber plan, it is possible for you to configure your own modem. To do so, you will need a username and password. This information is available in your Customer Zone.

Important

  • You can only view your PPOE information in the Customer Zone once your installation date is confirmed. Prior to that, the information is unavailable.
  • In the case of a migration request, PPOE information is not displayed in the Customer Zone.

To view your PPOE information, log in to the Customer Zone and open the My Configuration section . You will find it in the Internet Service category of your client area.
