Receiving your invoice
Digital invoices
Your invoice is sent to you by email or by mail on the seventh day of the month. If you haven’t received your invoice, please check your junk mail. If you cannot find your invoice, contact customer service at 1-877-282-6933 to validate your email address.
You can also view your invoices in the Customer Zone. You can download it in PDF format in the Invoices section.
Printed invoices
Following the Telecom and Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2022-28, clients who meet the eligibility criteria can, upon request, receive printed invoices by mail. If you receive printed invoices, you will receive them between the 10th of the 14th, every month.
