Automatic debits

Direct debits (or automatic payments) are only required for a period of 6 months if you rent an EBOX modem. At the end of the 6 month period, you must change your payment method via the customer zone.

If you rent other equipment (TV box, recorder, router, etc.) but have purchased your modem, direct debits remain at your discretion.
