Refunds

All refunds are issued by check, from 4 to 6 weeks following the date of receipt of your equipment. Refunds on your credit card are not possible.

If you do not rent equipment, the period of 4 to 6 weeks begins following the date of closure of your account.

It is very important to provide us with a refund address where you can be sure you can collect your check, especially if you plan to move.
